We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes things may not meet expectations. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and provided.
1. General Refund Conditions
- Eligibility for Refund: A refund may be requested if the delivered service or product (including web applications, website design, or development projects) does not meet the agreed value or is not delivered according to the agreed terms. This includes situations where the work is incomplete, or does not meet the quality expected based on the price paid.
- Refund Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery of the final product or service, or 7 days after the completion of a project.
- Refund Criteria: Refunds will only be provided if the completed work or service is deemed by HTFY WEB to be of less value than the agreed price, or if the work is incomplete. If the service or product is delivered as per the agreement and meets the specifications, no refund will be issued.
2. Refunds for Web Applications
- If you have received a web application (including any features, functionalities, or full access) and feel that it does not match the agreed specifications or has not been delivered as expected, you may request a refund within 14 days from the delivery of the web application.
- The request for refund must state the reasons why the web application does not meet the agreed value or specifications. If the product is found to be substandard or incomplete as per the agreement, a full refund or partial refund may be considered.
- Refunds will not be issued for applications where work has progressed past the stage of initial review or if the application was delivered as per the agreed timeline and specifications.
3. Refunds for Website Development and Design Services
- If you are dissatisfied with the design or development of a website (including code, layout, functionality, or design elements), you may request a refund within 7 days of completing the project or receiving the final deliverable.
- A refund will be considered only if the delivered website does not match the agreed project specifications or if it is found that the work is incomplete or substandard in comparison to what was agreed upon at the time of contract.
- If work is done and completed as per the agreement and meets the client's requirements, no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process

- Full name and contact details.
- The project or service for which the refund is being requested.
- Detailed reasons for requesting the refund (e.g., substandard work, incomplete delivery).
- Step 2: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it to verify whether the work provided does not meet the agreed price value or expectations.
- Step 3: After the review, HTFY WEB will notify you of the decision regarding the refund. If the refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days.
- Step 4: If the refund request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation as to why the refund was not granted.

Payment Method for Refund:
Refund will be done through the payment method which was used by you earlier at the time of payment. If the payment was made through a wallet or other medium, then the refund process will be completed through the same method.
5. Conditions Under Which Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- If the work is completed and meets the specifications agreed upon by both parties.
- If changes or revisions requested by the client after the initial delivery lead to additional work or delays.
- If the project or service is delivered in line with the timelines and milestones agreed upon, and the client is satisfied during the course of the project.
- If the client has used or benefited from the product or service in any way (e.g., accessed the web application, used the website, etc.).
- If the project has been delayed due to the client's failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals.
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where the work is partially completed or the final deliverable is found to be unsatisfactory but not entirely incomplete, we may offer a partial refund based on the value of the completed work.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
HTFY WEB reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
