HTFY Publisher provides a powerful and intuitive Edit Post system that allows users to update, manage, delete, restore, and republish articles with ease. Whether you need to fix a typo, optimize SEO, or update your content, this feature ensures complete flexibility in content management — without touching HTML code.

What is the Edit Post Panel?

The Edit Post section in HTFY Publisher displays a list of all published articles. It allows users to:

  • Edit articles using the same visual editor used in "New Post"

  • Update content, structure, or SEO elements

  • Delete posts (with a restore option)

  • ✅ Access full content for advanced customization

This ensures you can make real-time corrections or enhancements at any time — even after the post is live.

Sections Inside Edit Post

🔹 1. Edit Post (Published Posts)

Displays all your published articles in one place. Each article entry includes:

  • Edit: Opens the article in the HTFY Editor for full customization

  • Delete: Moves the article to the “Deleted” tab for recovery later

  • Preview: View the article as it appears live

  • Update: Save the latest changes

You can easily modify titles, images, keywords, or structure using the editor and republish in one click.

🔹 2. All Draft

This section includes all auto-saved and manually saved drafts, including:

  • Unpublished articles

  • Backups of published articles (saved during updates)

  • In-progress content

Here you can:

  • Open and continue editing saved drafts

  • Publish drafts when ready

  • Delete old or unwanted drafts

This system ensures content safety and flexible publishing timelines.

🔹 3. Deleted

Articles that are deleted from the "Edit Post" section are not permanently erased. Instead, they move to the Deleted tab, acting as a backup vault.

From here, you can:

  • Restore the article and return it to the Edit Post list

  • Permanently delete the article if no longer needed

This offers an extra layer of data protection and flexibility.

Editor Features During Edit

When editing a post, you get access to the full feature set of the HTFY Editor:

  • Modify text, headlines, images, embeds, tables

  • Reconfigure SEO meta tags and canonical URL

  • Reorganize content blocks and related articles

  • Use Normalize and Preview before finalizing updates

  • Update FAQ or internal links using integrated tools
