How to Install HTFY Publisher

Installing HTFY Publisher on your server is a quick and secure process. After obtaining a valid license from HTFY Web, you can follow the steps below to install the application and activate it for your domain.

Step 1: Log in to Your HTFY Web Account

Visit the official login page: 👉 https://htfyweb.com/tools/user-register/login.php
Enter your registered email and password to log in.
Once logged in, go to your Dashboard where all your active plans will be listed.

Step 2: Add Your Domain (For Full Plan Users)

If you have a Full Plan, click on the “Your Plan” section in the dashboard.

There, you’ll have the option to add a new domain.
Enter your domain name (e.g., example.com) and save it.

Step 3: Download Required Files

Navigate to the “Downloads” section in your dashboard.

Select your plan (Normal / Update / Full).
Choose the domain associated with your plan.
Click Download Zip – this is your Publisher Application ZIP file.

Now, download your License Info:

Click Download License Info to download a ZIP file containing:
- Your License Key(s)
- Plan details
- Usage instructions
⚠️ Do not share this file with others — it contains your confidential license information.

Finally, download the Publisher Installer:

Click Download Publisher Installer — this zip file contains the installer required to install the application on your server.

Step 4: Upload to Server

Login to your server via cPanel, FTP, or terminal.
Navigate to your web root folder (commonly: public_html/ or var/www/html/).
Upload the Publisher Installer ZIP file.
Extract the ZIP (Unzip it into a folder like /import-publisher/).

Step 5: Run the Installer

In your browser, visit the installer: 👉 https://yourdomain.com/import-publisher/index.php
A form will appear asking for installation details:
- User Name, Email Password etc
- License key
- Upload the Publisher ZIP file you downloaded earlier
Click Install.
The system will:
- Unzip your HTFY Publisher files
- Verify your license key
- Register your domain

Upon successful verification, you will be redirected to the Login Page of your HTFY Publisher dashboard.

Step 6: Login and Set Up Your Website

Once installed:

Log in to your new Publisher Admin Panel
Configure your site settings, SEO preferences, theme layout, and start publishing static articles!

Where can I download the HTFY Publisher Installer and License ZIP files?

After logging into your HTFY Web account, go to the Dashboard → Downloads section. From there, you can select your plan, domain, and download the following:

Publisher ZIP file
License Info ZIP
Installer ZIP file

How do I install HTFY Publisher on my server?

Upload the Installer ZIP to your server’s public_html/ or var/www/html/ folder. Then, extract the ZIP and open the installer by visiting:

Can I install HTFY Publisher on multiple domains?

It depends on your plan:

Normal and Update Plan allow installation on 1 domain
Full Plan allows installation on up to 30 domains
Each domain must be registered in your HTFY Web account before use.

What happens if I share my License Key ZIP with others?

General

Sharing your license key is strictly prohibited.
The License ZIP contains private keys and plan information. Unauthorized use can result in account suspension and license invalidation.

Do I need to re-install the publisher to update the application?

General

No. If you're on the Update Plan or Full Plan, you can download and apply updates directly through your HTFY Admin Panel — no need to manually reinstall every time.
