The Category feature in HTFY Publisher allows you to create, organize, and manage the classification of your blog posts and articles. Categories help group similar content together, enhance user navigation, and improve SEO structure across your website.This system supports adding detailed metadata for each category and managing them effortlessly through the dashboard.

How to Add a New Category
To create a new content category:
Go to the Category section from the HTFY Publisher dashboard.
Click on “Add New Category.”
Fill in the following fields:
Title (e.g., Government Schemes, Technology, Education)
Description – for internal understanding or SEO
Keywords – for search optimization
Click “Save” to create the category.
Once added, this category becomes available in the "New Post" and "Edit Post" sections for assigning articles.
Editing a Category
You can edit any previously added category:
Click on the Edit button beside the category.
Update the title, description, or keywords as needed.
Save your changes — all associated posts will reflect the update.
Deleting a Category
To delete a category:
Use the Delete icon or button next to a category entry.
Confirm the deletion.
Posts assigned to that category will remain published but unassigned to any category.
🛑 Note: Deleting a category does not delete the articles inside it.
